Here are three videos from a ride we took in 2008. Here is Kent crossing the Owyhee River.

Here is Larry, Sam and Kent bouncing over the rocks each with their own technique. Watch closely and listen at the beginning when Larry gets too close to the right edge and hits a rock with his right pannier you hear a "smack" and then this huge rock rolls out from behind his bike. Then after he goes past me taking video you hear the bike rev and hear another "smack".

And here is Bob.

Yeah, I practice on that hill to get warmed up. It is easy enough to warm up on but challenging enough to not be too easy. I usually do 3 or 4 passes on it in between other trails.

Not NW related, but ever seen this?

Goes to show that contact area on the ground can make a big difference in a hill climb.

Pretty good.
Just went to AZ last week for a shoot.
First job since the accident and it was tough but it went good.
Still limping around but my leg is getting stronger and I have even been looking into another bike sometime in the next few months

Really slow healing process but the pain is much less and I just keep pluging away at the PT. Hoping to do a ride come sumertime.
