Assuming that's good - find me something completely gawdy and out of place.

Here's Egypt in the South Pacific.

I'll take the tank. It represents something that moves under its own power. :-)

Hmmm. Gaudy AND out of place? Have to work on that.....

Define out of place... I could go to Las Vegas and take a picture of any number of things, including a pyramid, but it's Vegas! Gaudy is natural there.

Definitely gawdy. Out of place kind of goes along with that but in Vegas, as you pointed out, gawdy is normal. If whatever you get is over the top, it's good enough for me.

Completely gawdy and out of place -

Story is that this was a Fried Chicken restaurant, which failed miserably, then the guy that bought it opened a bar here and never took the chicken down.

New tag is a sign with an North American Indian tribe name or word. Wide open, just clarifying not the country of India.

Does it have to be a street sign? Or would a sign of the organization with Indian American name work?

Any sign is acceptable. A reservation sign, street sign, business sign, etc. the local 'Indian' dealer would not be.

Remember, it doesn't have to be the name of a tribe, it can be an Indian word. Depending on where you are, lake names, river names, etc. would all qualify if you found signage. PacNorWet folks would snap this up easily, but same for East Coasters.

Grab

A street here in NC named for one of the tribes in the Iroquois Nation. Also the county in upstate NY where I grew up!

Next: a car or truck painted in multiple colors
