You didn't need to change it for some guy in Australia that's a whiner. But ok, this will be a kinder, gentler world leadership.

POSSIBLY THE WORST SHOT EVER OF THE GREATEST GREAT LAKE!!!

Sorry for the poor likeness. I couldn't get any closer on the beach, and it was a PITA of a detour to get a better shot.

Believe it or not, this is Lake Ontario taken from DT Toronto. After a quick skinny dip and a quick trip to the local gaol, here you have it.

The year alone don't cut it though!

If somebody has a bridge w/ a clock attached I think that'll do too.

Sandy Point Park sounds really inviting; the Polar Bear Plunge.... er, not so much.

I did jump off the bridge over the Yellowknife River twice in one day as a youn'un. Once w/ dog, once w/out. Ruff, the dog in question, preferred the jump w/out his furry self, no doubt. We both set speed records getting to the bank. I'll never forget the look he gave me!!

That river runs over a lot of permafrost before it gets to that bridge. There was significant shrinkage.

Hey BM,

Well it was too cold for swimming.

Actually -5, same as Old Blighty it seems. I thought we were supposed to have the colder winters here in Canuckistan...
No worries--I have a heated liner.
Global warming gave us 2 weeks above freezing this January. Great riding weather. I might have to buy a big old 60's V8 Cage to hasten the arrival of the tropical weather.

Got any funky old bridges w/ letters on them in the Weald of Kent??

Now that I think about it, its after midnight Across the Pond, and you're likely not sober 'nuff to ride.

We got medieval bridges around but most of the stones with any markings are either worn away or in the wrong place to photo...
Besides it is someone elses turn now

I don't know how close you are to the covered bridges, but some of them are inscribed. I checked to see how big your state is, mostly 'cause I can never find it. Turns out you guys are the second smallest state, I guess you can't really be too far from a covered bridge then.
