Yep, Don't dis the Mod. Kind of like "Think before you speak". (Or post). Eight posts and less than a month on board??? Sheesh. The moderator was actually using his comments to cushion the cautionary message. And besides, they donate a lot of their valuable time to guide these forums and keep them working as intended.

I've got a 1-piece crash bar for an Airhead for sale.
I used it for about a year, and took it off simply because I got tired of having to fiddle the rocker covers out when I did valve adjustments. It's in pretty good shape, the chrome is nice and clean, and there are few scratches on both sides from where some previous owner had the bike fall over. It doesn't look like it ever had to do any protecting at speed. I have no idea what this thing is worth. Since this is the Old's Cool flea market, I'll just put it out with the "make me an offer" caveat. I live in Auburn, CA, and I figure that $20 will ship it damned near anywhere in the lower 48. Thanks for looking! ![]()

I also have a stock side stand for a BMW Airhead, and I'm guessing that it'll fit years '70-'80, but I'm not totally sure. Someone will chime in and correct me, and that's one of the best things about this part of ADV. We've got a ton of great knowledge here.
I bought this thing off of E-Bay in hopes of putting it on my R90/6, thereby making it easier for my wife to lift the bike up. I started a thread, which ended up being a bit of a farce in the end. http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=611367 As with other things I've put on here, I'll ask anyone who's interested in the stand to make me an offer. I live in Auburn, CA, so figure about 3 or 4 pounds shipping weight from zip code 95603. Thanks for looking! ![]()

1971 Honda CB175
As the title says....1971 Honda CB175 for sale. Currently has drag bars, homebuilt windscreen, homebuilt 2-into-1 exhaust (sounds great!), aluminum chainguard, and a homebuilt fiberglass front fender (needs finish work). All stock parts will be included in the sale, with the exception of the exhaust which is not available, in case you'd like to put it back to stock. Also included is a front sprocket which is +1 tooth from stock. I've ridden the bike over 1,000 miles this Summer, including a three day 562 mile trip around Missouri. Everything works and it's ready to ride as-is. I ride it regularly. I'd prefer calls rather than e-mails or PM's if you have questions, since it's easier to talk than type. Lynn (573) 788-2574....leave a message with phone number and a good time to call back if I miss your call. Location is 1 1/2 Hr. South of downtown St. Louis in Southeast Missouri.
Price $700.00 more photos ...... http://s637.photobucket.com/albums/u...b_photo/CB175/ UPDATE: As of today, 10/27/00, the little fella is on the way to it's new owner. Kinda hated to see it go. Now....what's the next toy going to be??
