Now the only thing I'm unclear about is whether most of you insert the fuse as Mike did in the photo, or pull the connector out and insert the fuse in the other end (and leave it hanging?).

Did mine like Mike originally but later installed a switch. Good idea if the reflash is not on your immediate horizon so you can use the T and S modes when less abrupt throttle response/power is desirable, ie slippery conditions.

I've learn to put my coffee down before I jump on the 2 Tenere threads over here.

Safe keyboard and monitor. (emphasis on "learned". The hard way)

Yep, Snake...

As one ADVrider regular once said (I think it was Pluric), it is a bit less "stuffy" over here!

More actual riders, it seems...

Geez, Pluric...

You want something some folks take *REALLY* seriously, go check out the ECUnleashed re-flashed threads (and I do emphasize the plurality there of the word "THREADS") over on the Super Tenere forum!!!

There's people over there who want to string Ed at AF-1 up for no reason!

No shit! Here I might get my hand slapped once in a while. Over there I got bitched slapped and
they called my parents. They have the humor of the Pope.

My AF-1 experience could not have been better. ECUnleased is still sitting on my ECU that I
sent in last week. You just reminded me to give them a call. Anxious to see what it changed
and more important to put it back before I forget where all those little screws and such go.

Hell, the Pope is a regular Buddy Hackett compared to some of the folks over there!

I'm with you... Ed and AF-1 are a truly *FIRST CLASS* operation, and all my dealings with him over the years could not have been better!

Of course, some of the folks over on the Super Tenere forum expect Ed to answer their phone calls and e-mails within 30 seconds 24/7, not to mention answer endless inane questions. Oh, and they expect him to know information that ECUnleashed doesn't release to anyone - not even their dealers!

I swear... Some there seem to want to have somebody put a bib on 'em and spoon feed 'em, too...

Just in case, one more time, if there are cross readers who occasionally come to
this site for real information....

AF-1 did my original reflash, great people. I spoke with them and they said to send the
ECU to ECunleashed for the update reflash. ECunleashed said there would only be a
return shipping charge for the update. Just waiting to get it back.

I don't think anyone reads your posts for "real" information.

Couldn't pass that one up.
