Mexico. Motorcycles. Coffee. Chiapas. Coffee. Motorcycles. Mexico.

(ok, well, I could have added Salma Hayek to this list)

If you like your morning java, and especially, if you are a Mexophile, and if you like exotic roasts, you will source your beans from Chiapas

There might be a few of you who know who this is:

For the no0bs: probably one of my most favorite phtographs I have ever taken in Mexico.

More specifically, Chiapas

I was just thinking last week, I think we're overdue for an Esther pic on IMS

Well, yes, I would say, the singularly most beautiful photograph I've ever taken in Mexico

And, her heart is more beautiful than her photo

She is one amazing person

Lucky viajeros may still find her at Palenque. Chiapas.

For now.

She is moving on

Care to share a few more details mi amigo? I read a post where one of the inmates from here ran into her during his travels in Mexico and she sent you a hello note. He also mentioned she was a very good hearted person and purchased a mask from her.

Trice , if coffee is your thing on the Chiapas trip you absolutely
must take the time to ride up the mountain from Tapachula , via Cacahoatan ,
through the coffee groves Coffee fincas and coffee dryers in several towns ,they smell great. Wind up high on Volcan Tacana in Union Juarez
Then loop back a bit and follow the road to Nueva Alemania , (guess who started that finca) and from there try the squiggly road over the mountains north to Motozintla ......
and let me know how it was ( cuz I turned around Nva Alemania due to time limit ,
could not have reached Motozintla that way before dark , and there is always a next time)
