I think I said this before, but I'll inject it in here in case the Victory people read this. I went to Victory's local open house last fall. Loved the bikes. I told the rep what I really want is the Victory equivalent of a Buell Ulysses. But he told me they don't have a chassis for something like that.

My "Victory Vest". A little over 100,000 miles on 3 Victory's.

All 50 states and eastern and western Canada. Coast to coast to coast to coast.

16 Iron Butt certifications from 14 IBA rides. No breakdowns, one flat tire.

Each one has a story and all done on a Victory! It's still a work in progress.

I like the Gunner but I would like to add the HardBall's bags and exhaust.
No wait, I want the HardBall with the Gunner headlight and different handlebars.

Ahhh, scratch that, I like the Cross Country better.

If I could get the web site to load the "customize" page, I probably could build exactly what I want.

I doubt you get many "poser" comments wearing that I'm not much for leather vests but that one is really cool.

Victory should be sponsoring you!

I'll be 80 in October.
Might have publicity value.

The Australian Victory Importer rounded up some 2012 CrossRoads soft baggers that have not been ridden, and are offering them at 6000 under their original price, anything I should be wary of before I pull the trigger, I was waiting to see the Honda Valkyrie but judging by the US price it will be nearly as expensive as the F6B here

Yep, that's me under the drummer's left arm pit.

I thought the unveiling was a little anti climactic. I like the wheels, but a little too much like the Judge.

The Indian booth was very popular. So far they seem to be doing it right.

Thank you!
I have only worn it once but it does give me a place to put the pins and patches.

Vest is still a work in progress, I do have more to add to it.

I have had a 2004 Vegas, a 2006 Kingpin and currently have a 2010 Vision 8-Ball.

My next bike will be another Victory!

As long as you are happy with it Gromit, then it's very helpful, I test rode a Cross Country tour which was the closest bike they had to the CrossRoads and I loved it to death except for the bits on the Cross Country that aren't on the Cross Roads ( fairing, radio etc) I went past a sign that said 1500km and I thought hmmm could be there in the afternoon tomorrow. Didn't want to stop riding

Indian display at Syracuse, NY swap meet this past weekend was also popular.

That picture was on their FB page feed briefly.
I saved it. A few minutes later it disappeared and the guy throwing over his leg
appeared.

Here is another one taken at approx. the same time (panned to the left).
