The only place in Cancun that I know of is BMW Motorrad on Bonanpak.

In Playa del Carmen we have two stores, on inside Centro Maya shopping mall, the other on 2nd south between 10th and 15th.

Not sure on the brands. You may be better off ordering online at Moto House , or have them shipped to you from the states.

A good pair of waterproof hiking boots will give you more protection than the "On Roads", and will be much more versatile.
Really, there's not much to them.

+1 above!

By the time you find a pair in your size and the color/model you want, you will have wasted a lot of time and money. Importing from the US won't be cheap shipping wise, but price wise you will be way ahead of the game. Most moto gear in Mexico is not cheap, and you can add 16% in tax to the cost of the item in a store unless you can cut a deal in cash. Everything in Cancun is going to be more expensive, it is like shopping for a pair of boots in Ibeza in Spain, for example. You can try online shopping with www.mercadolibre.com but don't expect much in the way of selection.
You should be able to find a decent pair of boots that will do the job.
Do you really need a pair of Sidi boots? Or is there another boot manufacturer that offers the same protection?
Don't be afraid to wait until you hit Guatemala if you are going there. You might be surprised at what you will find available there.
