Sat. potluck dinner

We're planning a potluck dinner Saturday in camp. Several of us trailer folks will have propane grills with us. I'm going to grill a large tri-tip and make a mixed-green salad.

If you want to participate, please offer a side dish or an extra piece of meat for the grill. I'll talk to the non-advrider folks and see what they are planning.

Sheeesh, its going to be WARM this week! We better head for the tops of the mountains!

Is that permit place open on Friday, and if so what time do they close? The guy going with me wants to take his off-road DRZ instead of his street legal one. I know you guys all ready said you had to send for one a couple of weeks ahead of time. He's been bugging me about it. If not he's stuck taking the street one.

Thanks, Jason.

I don't think I can make it, I have a new bike hitch and the truck is draging ass, I have to get air shocks. I might come later but leave the bike at home or next year.

A couple things from here at camp. Mitch Whatever it takes- get it going. We're looking forward to seeing that tent too. Ride permits are available at Borax Bills on weekends and aren't needed Mon thru Fri. And Anders- Looking forward to meeting you- Mike says "Hi".

PS Blackberry's don't suck

PSS If you have a crappy golf club bring it. I have some wiffle balls and we'll have a tournament between/after rides.

PSSS If you bought a permit for last years' ride it's good through June this year

This may be coming a little late to the party but better late than never! I'm from Ontario Canada, Staying in Anza CA. My tow vehicle is a 36 foot class A RV. I have been sending some messages back and forth with Ken, kkug, and he pointed this thread out to me, Thanks Ken!!

Does anyone forsee any trouble getting my rig in to the camp area? The length isn't my worry, its the ground clearance, I high centred it last year trying to cross a dry creek bed, oops!! Adam.
