center stand skid plate

Got the center stand skid plate from Rick yesterday, great piece of work and it couldn't have been easier to do business with Rick. Definitly recommend buying products from him.

Got my set for the 1150 Adv last week, and just put them on this afternoon. Very nicely designed and fabbed, and nice & complete kit. Easy to install, and it just exudes protection. Plus Rick is a great guy to deal with.

Thanks Rick!

Talking Meet the builder

Well Adv riders,

I thought I would introduce myself on the list since I've been here for 3 or so years. My name is Rick and I live in a small Northern Community in BC Canada. I'm a mechanic and work for a large Mutli National Company Pays the bills.
Since I started building these plates about 3 years ago as a hobby. I've seen my product improve in quality and finishes, as well as your demand on bringing more product on board has increased since I've started. Thanks for that.
I have enjoyed taking your ideas that you bring forth and seeing them to completion.
Most impotant is I have enjoy meeting and interacting with all of you. In some cases real freindships have developed.
My goal is to treat customers the way I would like to be treated. Honisty, Quality and product priced right is what I strive for. On that note, I would like to Thank you all for the support.

I will be away from January 25th to the 29th. It's bike show time..
Feel free to give me feedback.
Sincerely,
Rick

I just received my skid plate yesterday. Left it outside so it could thaw out in the Texas sun. ( it was still frozen from the Canada cold) and installed it last night. Great parts, perfect fit.
Rick is a great guy to deal with, I wish he made more cool stuff for the GS. I like buying things for the bike that work like they should.

Good Looking bike Rick.

Rick

I recieved the skid plate very quickly and it is exactly as you described. I haven't installed it as I am waiting for the rainy season to end.

Good pictures from the bike show. If you were in Victoria on Saturday that blow on Friday night had me working all day.

Got mine, perfect!

I received the skid plate for my r1200gs and had it installed in no time. This is how all products should be - simple, exactly as advertised and sold at a resonable cost! Nice job
