Only person that knew it out of about 200 people.

Now, who's the real celebrity here?

good and bad of the Sprinter

Loving my Sprinter, plenty of room for the bike + camping, drives very nicely, pretty good economy.

but......

Does anybody know of a self-service car-wash bay that has 10' clearance in the Manchester NH area? I gotta get the salt off this thing!

What's wrong with your own driveway?

Most of the year yes, my little electric pressure washer in the driveway works nicely. Would prefer not to make my driveway more of a slushy mess, followed by an ice rink!

Have you checked up at the Bow truck stop on 3A? They may have something.

Don't mean to interupt, but just thought..

I'd say hello. Long time listener, recent addition to the Cult.
Notable perhaps only because I hail from the apparent hinterlands of VT.
Been working on some of the usual mods for the DR650, and dreaming of the next riding season.
If anyone's ever out this way, I'm about 2 miles from the typical dual sport routes thought VT in Richmond/huntington. I've got a shop/tools if you're ever in need!

BTW, Love that IT200 ! Brother bought an IT125 in '80 I think, and as soon as I could stand on a log and get moving I rode it as much as possible. Way cooler than my KDX80!
Eventually basically began trials riding it - finding every boulder, log, and ditch I could in our woods to ride over, or off. Great bike! Maybe I should steal it from his shed and restore it....hmmm
No! must finish the DR...

Ok, back to the regular programing.

Wow. I had an '86 IT200 for 3-4 years. Sold it with bark busters, answer exhaust, sidewinder rear sproket and chain. It is a great woods bike. I think it weighs in a little over 200lbs.

Your bike looks as good as mine when I sold it over a decade ago!

That's a cool look, but the photo was taken diagonally to make it look steeper. Look at the helicopter, and clouds. Sorry to be a party pooper.

Ahhhhh...I see where the discussion went there.

This one is turned and clearer. Didn't even notice the chopper in the first verson.

I'm guessing the pucker factor for us mere mortals would still be off the charts. I'm picturing it also being a mix of loose sand but am not sure. I'll give it just two of these now.

Laugh Talcum powder

That slope was extremely fine and loose. Many of the riders walked their bikes down it. Even the images of that were amazing to see the angle. The riders' boots were sliding into the sand; the handlebars were next to the guys helmets. There was a segment on Eurosport where the cars were coming down at the same time as some of the bikes...not a pretty scene for the bikers that found themselves in the way.
