The New England Classic Charity Trail Ride, 6/8/12 - 6/10/12:
The BBR (Big Bike Ride) is on Saturday, June 9, 2012 this year: about 150 miles of NH scenic gravel roads, "hero sections", route sheeted and a gps track, free Fri and Sat night camping at the NHIS (NH International Speedway) included with pre-registration, provided lunch on Sat with the northern loop trail riders, and a banquet dinner in a large "circus style" tent on Saturday night. It raises money for a good cause: The CFF (Cystic Fibrosis Foundation) and is always a good time. Here's the link:

The Classic:

We'll be out pre-riding the BBR route as soon as the ice melts, maybe sooner if I break down and get some studded tires for the KLR! Hope to see some of you there.

What I'd give to ride a trials bike up there today. Well, maybe not today, but you know what I mean.

Tell me if this doesn't quicken your pulse ...

Hi!

The best - current cars - seven minute rally video I've ever seen. Even the Course Opening Car, Car 0, at 3:00 minutes in, is impressive.

Turn up the volume a bit.

Enjoy,

Liz

So Liz, you sound like you might miss driving a rally car You would have had a blast at Sandblast last weekend!

Get a car built and come racing with us! Or, for that matter there was at least 1 1200GS in the bike category. If you do either Rally West Virginia or Black River Stages there are night stages, and we know you are all set for those with that bike.

That would be a heck of lot of fun. . .

It always amazes me at how close folks get to these cars. Some of the photographers are within a few feet of a skidding car. Natural selection I guess. . .

Some of you may have already seen this but...any interest in hitting this Thursday night?

New Hampshire - South America Presentation

Maybe even head down a little early and grab some dinner nearby.

Might do bike but will prolly do car for the late-ish ride home. If interested, we can possibly car pool in SCS's rig.

Yes I would be interested, meant to catch this when he did it in Goffstown but missed it. I work in Nashua so easy for me to get there.

Been years since I ate anywhere in downtown Nashua but Martha's Exchange has good beer and as I recall good food.
