May regret it but I ordered some of the middle boxes for a some shelves I have that I want to better utilize and contain the BS. They'll fit in there just right.

Prolly shoulda posted here instead.

Some of those might be part of a nice set up in a stalker van if yer hauling bikes and gear.

Nice! Thank you for posting that. This is one of those "don't need, but definitely want" situations.

I just made the mistake of asking the wife. So the answer will definitely be no now.

I simply left the printed receipt in the printer as a conversation piece.

It worked.

If you want to sell some camping/riding gear or that old GPS or trailer some bikes and parts to sell...come on over.

Or just swing by and do some shopping/bullshitting, last year was a good time and I think there was some good buys to be had.

I am going to borrow a hot-dog steamer for some gut lumber.

Tim
I just took a load of stuff up to 2t's place - as I will be up north on the day.

if you are in the market for such things, I dropped of a LARGE bin of backpacks and fanny packs (mostly LLB branded I think), 2 car camping tents (4 and 6 man dome tents from LLB), a Woodland Sun/Rain Shelter, a couple sleeping pads and a first gear riding jacket. And there is one older down sleeping bag that is for the "free to a good home" pile.

Tim has permission to make any deals on any of these items, but f you need similar items and you don't see what you want , ask me. I might have what you are looking for in my shed. I just ran out of room in my truck on this load.

It's amazing the amount of gear one gets over the years, cleaned out the shed and garage and was able to fill a long table with goods, also found some good reading motorcycle books.

Conversation piece, that's fantastic!

At that price, I will probably come home with a full stack of these sometime this week. I desperately need another chest for the basement. I have a nice chest for the garage, but the tools in the basement are kinda on the loose. (I know horrible problem to have, eh!)

Care to share what you have planned the middle parts you bought? Just gonna bolt them to some shelves?

I had planned to wait for the big kitchen reno and re-purpose the cabinets for the garage. But I dunno if I can wait that long.

If you think you're going to pick them up you may want to order them now so they're still in stock (or they can get them there) for when you pick them up. Don't believe there's an endless supply but could be wrong.

The middles will go on some shelving I have built in my shop along one wall. Just in a portion of them. The deeper drawers (compared to a 3 or 4 drawer mid-sections) will be handy for storing miscellaneous service items for the bikes (filters and such), smaller power tools, and odds and ends that are kicking around. Electrical terminal collection could end up in one. Those units are 11.5" high. Shelf is 12" so they should slip right in. I may need to do something to 'lock' them in but we'll see how they work out first.

I have an old 2-drawer tool box that is paid for already. Had all the tools crammed in that. It now sits atop the roller and mid-chest and is retired to holding littler things.

Don't get too excited, it wasn't that much of mah money spent!

Headed to northern NH today on the GS.

What are some of the must do dirt roads up there?

East Branch?

Gaudette?

Tin Shack Road?

I'll be doing a "from the road" check-in... later

EDIT

Lots of false starts, many passes are still snowed out, found lots of trail heads that the GPS thought were roads.

Found Drummer Pond Road. It led to an ATV area and some Wind Mills. Unfortunately about 13 miles in Snow closed the road, Only a couple miles from popping out onto HWY 26 Colebrook Rd. Had to retrace a few miles of some sloppy mud.

Yes, but heading home. Had fun so far, despite the 60mph winds and rain. Today was awesome 70F, sunny, and I got to play in the dunes off Carova for about 4 hrs. Tires down to 18psi, 4H locked in, and there wasn't a single trail I did not take off the 11 mile beach. Somehow the sand ruined my serpentine belt, but I brought a spare so 20 minutes later we were good again. Cape Hatteras yesterday (loved the bridges), Roanoke Island...It was all fun. We stayed in Corolla so a little too far from Nags Head for breakfast.

Talk about a ride...what ride?
