Something you never knew you needed so much until it appeared in the toolbox...

I'm not putting a man on the moon so this cheap version seems to be working just fine.

Quick Heads up, if you're coming from the North, 12A is closed between The Walpole Valley Rd and Camp Brook Road. It was a victim of the heavy rains and may not be reopened until fall (according to the NHDOT) , so plan your route accordingly .

No, but I haven't figgered out yet what the right 'speed' is through there, yet.

Coming from a 'momentum is your friend' bike to that gutless wonder makes for an interesting transition. It was pretty ugly in the 'stream' today.

Absolutely brand new to the ADV rider world here. Saw these posts and have been a trials rider for some time now. Just moved to NH so if some you folks are in the area I am in need of someone to practice with.

Just got a KTM 990 and am still getting my head wrapped around how best to deal with this thing off road.

Welcome!

See 'momentum is your friend' comment in above post with regards to the 990.

Maybe when I figger out the trials bike a bit more we can go try them somewhere. Has to be vintage friendly, though.

Southern Maine seems to have a strong trials presence in the Berwick area,
https://www.facebook.com/RockAndRollTrialsClub
and Stu at Jack's Cycles (also in Berwick) http://www.jackscycles.com/ can let you know of what's up in that area. I've a friend in the Augusta area who has many , many acres of sections and trails he's been working on. Problem is I enjoy helping him work on trails and sections more than riding my Beta. Any other trials riders in the Kennebec county area? If I can find someone who is even more inept than me, that could be enough incentive to ride.
