Yep, that's it! - I couldn't remember the name. I only went into the KTM side too. Would have like to have spent some more time there, but had my 5 year old with me and he can only sit on so many quads before he gets bored.

Where is the cheapest place to get some tubeless 17" mounted/balanced in the Quantico/Fredericksburg area? FMS wants 30 a piece and village motorsports wants 50 each! Anyone?

I know it's a little bit of a drive, but head out to the Yamaha shop in Culpeper. The guys there are very reasonable and will do tires while you wait.

Smith Mountain Lake

Gents,
I'm in the Virginia Beach area and have a trip set up with some friends out to Smith Mountain lake on the weekend of Friday July 30-August 1st was wondering if any of you could suggest some nice riding routes up there. I am not familiar with the area at all so have just been looking at maps which don't really tell you if the roads are fun to ride. Any constructive input would be appreciated, good riding and must see destinations....whatever...thanks in advance. Please PM me or e-mail me at kilrwatt@hotmail.com

You'll probably go far south from NOVA, however I'm sure there are lot's of folks here who know the roads down there. They get twistier west of SML

If Manasas is also an option for you try this place, he's in the vendor section of ADV too, I've not used him yet myself, he is new and I hear pretty good. Not sure if he'll work on most anything, specializes in BMWs, but if its only doing a tire who knows

Thanks! I ended up buying a balancer, you can never have too many tools.

Anyone in DC/NOVA have a impact wrench I can use TODAY 9/26?

Replacing the rotors on my 4Runner and need an impact wrench and a 14mm socket, may need an extension too, but if you only have the wrench I can buy the rest. Erik

Hope you're being compensated well to work, live and play in the RLD...big change from the laid back atmosphere of the Shenandoah...
You'll look forward to those trips back into serenity after being in NOVA...
