Based on his reputation and location, I will definitely take my bike there for anything I don't do myself.
Where is Khanh located? I'm always looking for a wrench for that just in case I can't do the job.

he rents a corner of the shop there, it's an industrial generator rebuilding business, if facing the row of garages/businesses its to the far left (u will see bikes out front) , don't be put off by the unorganized appearance of his space, its more organized than you think and he does know his stuff.

You mean to tell me they don't have leather couches, blinking LED accessory advertisements, hot coffee, swag carpeting and 5 figure Bavarian dirt bikes to sit on? Why in the hell would I take my bike there!?!?

ah so that's why you do all your work at Rusty Rex garage, Beard keeps the place plush and provides bottomless cups of coffee and donut holes...

Wound up rebuilding the Ruckus carb twice last night. Out there till 1:30. oof

Rejetted it leaner but no clue why it was so rich at stock jetting (other than if some PO drilled it out). Any ideas?

That is a relative term here... If we use Dr. Beard as a <----- 5 ------> Khahn would be a???

must have... coffee, tools, roof to cover bike, and passes as mechanic or a good faker

Actually... that would make me a 10

Ahoy NOVA, I'm trying to put together a RTE near the Charlottesville area. It would be a good excuse for y'all to escape the madness of NOVA and come check out some of the beautiful roads in this area. Details can be found HERE.

That sounds like fun. I love that area. If it happens on a day that I can get a away, I will be there.
