Hey, anybody have any suggestions for local shops that have decent gear at decent prices?? Only places I ever seem to go are Colemans' and Loudoun. I need better selection. I am having a hell of a time finding proper boots for my girlfriend.

Try MFI (PW parkway http://motorcyclefactoryinc.com/Default.asp). Its a smaller shop so selection might not be huge, but they tend to have girl's gear.

Also, my wife works there, she's pretty up on the latest girly-gear. If they haven't got boots to suit in stock they'll be happy to order some.

Damn, forgot about them. Bought my heated grips there and some other little stuff. Will bring her there in the summer and see what they have. Reasonably close to home as well

Enforcement along route 28 within Loudoun and Fairfax Counties has also stepped up this past week with additional presence from Fairfax, Loudoun and the State Police departments.

They like to hide in the darkened areas under the overpasses and most of the time go unnoticed until it's too late.

Morton's BMW in Fredricksburg has a decent selection of Sidi and BMW boots. Mrs. BeeMaa got a pair of BMW All Around Boots for ~$200 and loves them. All day comfort and reasonably watertight. I prefer the Aerostich Combat Touring Boots.

No, changed it because my last one was...stupid. I'll admit that I'm a n00b who logged on (after lurking for 2 years) and didn't fully understand what my user name meant. With a big thanks to GadgetBoy, I have a new user name.
