Adventure and rally bikes from our workshop
It has started few years ago with modification of small Rieju MRX 125 for my son. Then rebuilt of my Honda XL 400 R to a rally bike replicka from 80`s and finally ultimate modification of my KTM LC4 Adventure R to a relly bike.
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Now we addict to these custmizations from graphic projects to a concrete realization. Here we want to introduce you some of our graphic designs and also realized projects. Our ambition isn`t to do serial production but modificating a bike accordance to an owner`s imaginings. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Whoa that Dakar fairing is awesome. I wish my Britannia Composites fairing had the lights mounted to a frame attached to the bike instead of to the fairing itself. That might be a winter project for me if the garage wasn't so cold.

Every bike we have made a new fairing for has a frame attached to a bike and this frame carries everything - also lights and direction indicators (and usually aslo roadbook and ICO). It is a good thing not just for rally bikes and for racing (I would say it is not good it is necessary) but also for traveller`s bike. If you crash and brake something in the front it`s easier to grip things back to a frame made of metal (we use dural) than to fibreglass fairing.
Canuman - thanks, we are about to do some new pojects soon :)

From the license plates, it appears that you are from Sweden? I have to ask what the economics of shipping these overseas would be? And do you need the bike for fitment? There's a lot of gorgeous stuff out there that's unavailable or very difficult to obtain in North America because of these two issues.

Baja Dad - I sent you private message.
Canuman - Not Sweden but Slovakia. I have no experiences with sending stuff overseas. That`s why I made this thread because I think it`s time to try it, but I now it is no problem to order stuff form America. And yes, the best way for me is to have a bike here in my workshop. But maybe there can be another solution. I would borrow the same type of bike like you have, fit everything on it and then pack things and send them to you. Parx - Yes. I have a form of that dakar fairing I just need to laminate it and send it. As I wrote I have never sent things overseas I need to find out what the particularities of sending are.

I don t make tanks, because for this purpose a special fiberglass (which doesn t creates an electrostatic charge ) is needed.
Fiberglass tank is maybe good for adventure tripping, but not for racing, because it is fragile and easier to crack if you fell. My rear tanks are original Acerbis made of flexible plastic.

KTM 690 Rally in the works???
I'm looking at my options to convert my 690 enduro for rally / adventure duty. I like what you have here so far. Is the first conversion's (your son's bike) front fairing custom, or an off-the-shelf item? That looks similiar to what I want to do.
