So after a very long wait we have the next batch ready to head to hard coat early next week.



Final machining operation is the EDM Sinking for the last bit of Fiber depth.



This is done with a Custom Graphite cutting probe.



I will be gone June 4- 16th.

I will be offering these first come first serve. Many have been waiting a long time. Thank you for your patience. The first batch will be 25 pieces. I only have so many "Core" Gears, so these will be built on a swap offer. Prepayment offer gets you "In Line".

Core Charge is added, unless you send your basket in to get rebuilt.
Core Charge is REFUNDED in FULL once I get your basket back with in the 2 week time frame. (I need cores back asap to get others sent out)

If you want a new Complete Billet basket and keep your basket, I will give pricing on that too.

Pricing is still being worked out. I will have that posted in the next day with more prepayment info if you want to get in line.

There is also a Do it your self version, but machine tools and 20 ton press is required. Both pricing options will be given.

At this time these are only available DIRECT through CJ Designs b/c of the Machine building work required. I will be gone June 4-16th, so I want to give everyone time to think this over and send in payment so I can get started on these as soon as I return home.

Looking forward to this. I'll be sending in my basket to have you swap over my gear to it so I get the same gear back.
I know there'll be a little downtime for the bike because of this, but as mine has so few miles on it, I really want to run my same gear.

Ok, can you give more detail on the process of changing one out? I have access to a 20 ton press here at the shop so that is not a problem, does your DIY kit come with directions and all the parts required to complete the job?

The DIY kit includes the basket and rivets. That's it. You're on you own to do the figuring.

I needed special tooling to hold everything together properly when it comes to Press time. This info I will not be giving out.
