Place that change tires in Dawson, AK

Is there any place that change tires in Dawson, Yukon, Canada?

Planning a trip and I would like to change tires before Dempster.

I know there is a honda dealer in Whitehorse, but I would like to ride those 500 extra miles on my street tires before changing to a better tire for Dempster, Top of the World and Dalton.

In Canada there is Dawson Creek, British Colombia or Dawson City in the Yukon but there is no Dawson in Alaska.
Get a map before you go.

The NAPA store in Dawson City changes motorcycle tires, but no balancing. You can even UPS your tires to them in advance. Many folks abandon their streets/knobs after changing, I heard of several guys who got free or cheap used tires in Whitehorse just for the price of the swap. FYI - yukon is cool - but expensive. I was up solo last June.

I ran a tire on my Magna without balancing it. Didn't notice anything. First tire I ever did myself. The guy helping me, never balanced his tires, just said buy good tires and line the dot up.

Left my Tourances at the Honda shop in Whitehorse and told them to give them to whoever might need them. Left TKC's at the Abbey on the discard pile with good bit of tread left. Figure it's good Karma. Whitehorse Honda was good to deal with.

Post this question over at the Alaska regional forum (http://www.advrider.com/forums/forum...ysprune=&f=68). Dick Van Nostrand posts there and he owns the Downtown Hotel in Dawson City, YT. Rumor has it that he gas a tire changing machine.
