Locking latches for Happy-Trails Pannier

I picked up these locking latches from this ebay seller. They are all keyed alike and he gave me an even better deal than what he advertises when I emailed him.

Drilled out the old rivets and here are the new holes. I used the original top portion of the latch since there was no need to switch it out.

Below is the original latch. The locking latch is a bit bigger but I don't think it looks too big

Did the exact same mod to my wife's HT panniers, works great! In fact they work so well I'm surprised Happy Trails don't make these an option.
