I need to sell my airhead dirtbike project. I'm never going to finish it, and it deserves a better home.

It's not that one but there is another one on alberto's site that looks more like it. Thanks for the link.

Here is some inspiration.

It's the build thread on the bike I bought back in June. Let me know when you are in Tucson for work and I will ride it in and you can take a closer look. I need to get the front suspension worked on but maybe we can do some dirt roads on a weekend or something.

My new build..

Just finished this for a Rallye in France later this month...

Set off for the race this Thursday, in the latter stages of panic sorting everything out at the moment!

Cheers, Rick.

Rallye des Jojos

Stagehand,

Yep, that's the one!

http://www.rallyeraidjojodelhistoire.com/

Its a 'historic' Rallye to encourage the owners of pre-'95 Dakar metal to get out and give it a go. Cars as well as bikes.

As it is billed as a 'timed event' and not a race, they have had permission to use loads of normally closed tracks and dunes so we have over 1500 km of off-road all within France.

Really looking forward to it.

There is even a lone Yank entered!

Cheers, Rick.

I'll be in Tucson all next week, getting there on Sunday, leaving on Friday but could perhaps stay an extra day to do some riding!

You're not actually going to get that bike dirty are you???!!!

Looks to me like it belongs in the Barber Motorcycle Museum.
