Yes, it`s mine if I want it. Unfortunately "little" is the operative word, and even after swapping foot pegs and making bar risers for it it is still too small for me: I would have trouble riding it for a full day.

My 1100GS has cost me heaps in the last few months and with the mods that have been done, fits me very well, making 1000km days a doddle. The money I would lose if I sold it make it poor economics. looks like I`m sticking with the oilhead.

Kind of embarrassing to write it all down really. Anyway a couple of years ago a very fine Dutchman in Melbourne gave me the opportunity to make it my own (thanks again Michel). More Schek!

BigMuffs,
it's good to see a Schek. Have you by any change seen the article on him in the newest issue of MO Sonderhefte BMW? (Sure, it's in German, so fat change an Australian would see it. An Austrian maybe )

I'm excited too, I'm going for inspection next week to get it roadlegal in the Netherlands. Hope to get the legal stuff right at first try. Had to change the frontlights (same as yours, is that a K100 shield?), muffler, turn signals and centre stand. Sidestand is to come, as pics to follow in some weeks

My 1985 G/S prepared by Scheck in 1987. Can't remember where I first mentioned it, but this seems to be the right thread for it. Pics are as bought.

Marzocchi M1 300mm travel frontfork, air filled (or whatever it's called)
5cm longer rear schaft
WP fully adjustable shock
shorter 1st, longer 5th
2 in 2 exhaust

Tell me more about yours BigMuffs Is that a R100R sidestand and is the centre-stand the Schek one? Those are 2 things I need to sort out some day.

Finally got some Pictures of Tony Bennett's Special. Paul Rooney did the frame and the set up. Tony and I finsihed it off. Darrell Short, Toowoomba, did the exhaust system.

Another quality job from the Toowoomba GS Workshop (aka my shed). See this bike and my Special at the CD5 VMX next weekend at Karuah, NSW.

These bikes are all hot pants, but how come none of them are in action?

Yes, I am going to continue to pimp these for at least until the high wears off tomorrow.
