Thats a 50mm swingarm extension.

The Schek BMW's ran this and you can buy them through HPN.

I bought one locally here in OZ. I will take a pic and post Shortly

I've had an itch to build up an R65 for a while and didn't realize that extension existed. Do you have to weld 2 shafts together as usual, or does the spacer come w/ an extended shaft? Any pics would be great

. OK who wants to buy my DR so I can fund this project?

The extension is still available through Scheck themselves. www.scheck.de
They changed their website 2 weeks ago, still al lot under construction

but you can always drop them a line.
I have one of those on my Scheck (see previous page of this thread), and since it seems to have hold up for 19 years and a lot of very hard riding in the past I'd say its good at what its made for. It comes with an extended cone to be mouted at the end of your shaft, no welding needed. You need to sent your "Kardanglocke" (= the cone at the end) in exchange. It's listed at 350 euro's, not bad at all

Do you want the PDF in German with possible mods listed, no pics?

BTW, how come this is still not a sticky???

That would work a whole lot better if the lever was 90 degrees to the line of pull.
