That is Laurie Booths bike, from Queensland. Built it himself.

do you knowwhat that tank bag is? I've got an HPN tank and could really use a small pouch like that.

the HPN tanks have 4 threaded holes on the top for stuff like that. Heck, that bag might have come from HPN. I've thought about bolting a small Pelican case on there but I need to be able to run a cable into so I can charge stuff--my 12v is on my handlebar.

oh i see...never noticed, but the pelican case might be a bit too rigid and could strip the threads if you fall and catch the box with you.

That s why i like the glove box on my PD tank.

I'll try and remember to take a pix of the tank bag that came with my HPN... not a HPN part but a cleaver addition by the PO

There are lots of options for tankbags on a HPN-tank. Im not a fan of big bags so I made a small one for my camera:

I am starting a tread specially related to the HPN models. It will be interesting to see who are the owners, where they are from and very important to see what HPN number frame they have and which year it was build.

I don't need a big tank bag either. The thing that interests me about his is the clear vinyl top for a map and the way it seems to fit perfectly in the flat spot on the tank. It really looks like it's supposed to be there.
