I've got an idea of the general vicinity, but debating if I want to bounce around a 20 square block area looking for something that might be hidden behind a parked car.

Think NC government building. My guess is that it's on the north end of downtown. Looked for paver streets in the satellite view, but couldn't find it. May make a run just to check and see if I can ride right to it by accident.

For someone that avoids downtown as much as possible, a planter with a scrubby pine in it isn't the most deadly clue.
