Grab Tag 136

Wil-Mar Golf Club Entrance - Old Milburnie Road, Raleigh. This is also one of my favorite roads to ride in the area....great curves, great scenery. Was an awesome ride this afternoon!

TToR # 137

This Ghost Rider lives on a road named after a type of excavation that occurs when raw materials are needed for construction. If he wanted to visit with another ghost he may hop the Battle Bridge to the location of Tag 100.

More clues available if needed.

Oh not me...I love dry heat like the desert but high heat and humidity we have here just makes me feel miserable....I only went out today because i wanted to see how well my evaporative coolvest worked....It didnt work that well...LOL but it did make a little difference. Our a/c has been on everyday for the past 10 weeks LOL. I'm gonna see if I can find this one without any further clues...I was out that way before BTW Eric...very cool tag And I found it

Grab Tag #138

We were headed out to breakfast this morning and couldn't resist taking a ride to this tag.

This is a historic mill site at Lake Myra off Poole Road east of Raleigh. We did the archaeology for the road work that's been going on in that area. If you peak your head into the woods slightly to the left and near to the dam (as you are facing the lake) you can still see pieces of the original mill operation embedded in the ground.

The ADV in the dirt was hard to see due to the angle of the sun but we got it.

For those who want a little more...the Wendell Falls sub development is under foreclosure and many of the roads they were constructing are still dirt...you can have some fun out there and it currently isn't well monitored. I hit 80 on the gravel there the other night!!!

Holy hades. Tried going for a ride. Soaked shirt in ice water and everything. That helped getting out of the neighborhood but cold water was rapidly replaced by warm sweat. I need AC on my bike. :(
