That was TriTor # 715
Had to get up early this Mother's day to get this one. To close to home to pass up. I passed a motorcycle in Lizard Lick on my way to Walmart. It wasn't one of you guys was it?

Next tag is TriTor # 716
I followed the RR tracks back toward Raleigh from Zebulon for this one. ( advantage of owning a dualsport ) Is that enough of a clue?

That was you. You were only a couple of minutes behind me. I almost turned around to say hey. What are the odds of meeting another motorcycle that close to the tag at 8am on Mother's day morn? Thanks for letting me get it posted. STBNE

c'mon man! You can see the small outline of the top of the knightdale water tower in the pic, and that curb is cut at a different angle only found on first street there in town!

http://g.co/maps/jje6y

Go get it!

(see - I can find stuff, I just dislike clues - besides, he DID say he followed the rail line back towards raleigh - I figured that meant didn't quite make it to raleigh... left wendell and knightdale for the most part)

(that's a great tag BTW - I vaguely recall driving past that a number of years ago, but couldn't quite place it... and a good job hiding the water tower )

I found a reference to that same caboose on a rail history website, it said the location was west virginia, but the picture clearly had the knightdale water tower in the background. Stupid internet.

I looked up the number on the side and also the name of the railroad. Here was the giveaway.

I'm heading towards Rolesville/WF area....good thing I'm home as the droid batt is too low to take on the nexttag...but I have the luxury of taking my time so I can grab the next tag and ride home to post it from my point and shoot...should be up in the next hour...depends upon what I find...no file tags today
