Mine got 12mpg last weekend pulling my little 5000lb camper through the mountains of VA and WV. I was ecstatic! Without a load the mileage creeped up to 14 or so. I couldn't have been happier.

Gee Chad I didnt know you were rich cause only a person unconcerned abt $ would think 14 mpg was something to be escatic over.

Considering the Expedition I traded was getting about 13 and my Jeep only gets about 16 I think that's pretty darn good. I am told I can get much better which I am working on. If I had to drive it everyday to work I'm positive I would have a small car. Nope, I'm FAR from rich

One word: Banks

I had a full Banks kit on my old Powerstroke and it was awesome. The programmer, paired with the performance mods, allowed me to switch from fuel sipper to go-fast on the fly.

Sent from the voices in my head and transcribed by their drinking buddy...

ok thats cool...but 14 mpg would not work for me with my commute of 70 miles per day...it just struck me a little funny the way you said that...

If I had a 70 mike commute it would NOT be in this truck for sure! I have a tuner on it now. I have read that Banks stuff doesn't totally agree with this 6.0 diesel. I have a guy working on an economy tune now cuz I don't need as much power as I have.
I thought this was a tag thread?

Bad news - Google nor I have no idea where this is. It is not at 8537 Six Forks Road.

I know easy_ds has a bat-cave around here, so I figured it was a correct address.

don't use the bogus address in google maps...

Go north...

A LOT

it's off of 51 flex way youngsville,

(off of capital.) I rode sort of by there, but ended up on power lines not the right direction, and just went playing, then came home with a grin on my face and completely forgot that I went for a tag. (SOOO many power line trails up here)

Rugby, I think the powerlines are impairing your tag judgement and focus. Is it the electric and magnetic radiation or the dirt on the tires?
