I was gonna go get the Nelson rd. tag yesterday morning which would have been my first but by the time I was up it was already snagged. I keep lurking on here waiting for one that sounds like a fun place to ride to. I live out in the country in Rougemont and just don't care to ride to the city for this with all the country roads out here. Picked up a tiger 800xc Monday so you can blame me for the cold snap.

I've tagged several spots in Rougemont in the last couple of years.
You can get to the current tag without getting anywhere near Raleigh or Durham.

Yes that is one of the reasons i chose this location as i didnt want to ride into an urban area on Thanksgiving/Christmas holiday crunch...no one has asked for clues so i assume its either easily found or no one gives a hoot...at any rate you'll not see the likes of me tagging until the next holiday break...I really do not like days having less than 8 hrs of sunlight....

Welcome to the game! Congratulations on the new Tiger, you'll love it.

You can grab the NA Wildcard tag: http://www.advrider.com/forums/showt...14283&page=399

Well, actually, yesterday was riding day #261 for the year and I'm running about 8 or 10 days behind last year. Can't always ride for tags, but, well, you know...

Let's say a couple more Tigers were just getting geared up to go. After we delete the route to Wake forest we just plotted....which direction should we ride, Forrest?

If he stops between WF & Rougemont, he's going to have to pass where we are now...
