Near Chapel Hill...... it has been stuck out west for months. Would be nice to see it wander down to the coast and back to the Triangle!

No no no! We don't go east of I-95 in the NC ToR game. Only Road Toad and Icecold Dan wonder out that way.

Sent from the voices in my head and transcribed by their drinking buddy...

Man. If I knew I would have grabbed that one too. Better yet if it wasn't raining tomorrow I would make the grab tag hillbilly hide away then pick off the va tag.

I was just going to ninja the Chapel Hill one this morning - suck it up and do the slab thing. Just ended up not being able to find the motivation. Had a great spot to drop it between Roxboro and Butner too...

What time is the rain moving in???

Just started raining out here in Rougemont. Thought about heading out
there. The rain was supposed to hit about 3am. I'm like 9 miles from downtown hillsborough so?

The rain should be done by noon tomorrow. Don't make me come up there and get it. I've got lots to do here at the donkey stables. I just got MrsDonkeys an instant hot water dispenser, and now I have to install an outlet under my sink. I had planned on finishing it tonight, but got under the house and found all sorts of problems with my wiring plan. :(

you got about an hour and a half to 2 hours to go there and back... the rain coming up will be heavier.

I've ridden my 800xc up to, in west va, and back in some heavy rain, triumph makes these puppies waterproof enough! Go for it! (the front suspension / wheel / brake combo really need the ABS for sure on this one).

you're good - ride on man!

eh, maybe by 1pm most of the rain should have gone on by.... problem will come in at 4pm or so once the temps start to go back down.... really close to the dew point still.... won't be as bad, but still be some rain.

I think lonewolf has the right idea. Movie!

I get to go to work for an hour or so around noon. Hoping to get at least a short ride in after that. Pretending I'm going to ride to CH and back on 40 for the time being... I'm sure I'll find a reason not to, but don't think sitting in a theater full of folks with runny noses is high on the list of alternate possibilities...
