I had no trouble at all finding dirt/gravel pretty much all the way to the Tennessee River. I mean I had to cross highways, but you can ride sans pavement all day once you get into the right areas. And I'd imagine it's more of the same once you cross the river.

Suzuki was represented well with the majority of riders on the 400 , the mighty 200 really did well hanging out in the most unusual places blazing new ground for the group. The KLR had the nice looking new knobby tires. The KTM 690 had a 200 mile commute that day and looks the part with the dirt slung all over it.

I was wondering how many more roads there are to check out ? We have covered a lot of miles and I appreciate the effort from everyone.
ccbj !.. was good to see ya man ! alot of the roads were blocked off. there are alot more to ride here. if all goes well you will see in some of the rides later this summer there is more !

Sun May 23 ride cancelled

Hey guys, the schedule fianally caught up with me. I can't make this Sunday. I asked around a little, and no one else seems to be available this weekend to guide the ride. I rolled the schedule forward, so hopefully I will see you all on the 6th. If someone I didn't talk to wants to be the guide, just let me know, and I will update the thread with the details. Take it ease fellas.

I'd go but have a graduation party to prepare for/host.
The following weekend I'm going to a wedding.
Put it off for 2 weeks, and I'm in. ...or do it again then too and I'll join ya.

I'm going to be on my KDX (tagged). I would normally be on my DRZ but I'm letting a buddy ride it.........my butt preferes the KDX anyways

Hey...do any of you guys know how to get a route or track (whatever you call it) from Mapsource to the GPS and have it look right on the GPS?

When I create the route in mapsource and then send it to the device. the lines don't follow the road (like in Mapsource)....it's just a series of straight lines connected everywhere I clicked......make sense?
