Had to make it early so Lee could make it for a few hours. I'll have to roll out at 6.

Got the itch to ride, didn't get to as much I wanted last weekend.
I'd have to leave the house by 5:30 to meet you guys there....... probably not going to happen, but maybe!

I just a post from the new GS-A owner in Hendersonville, Moulin6801 (David) who was also at the MMM, camped TWO SPOTS away from where we parked! I can't believe I missed him! In my defense, there were only about 50 GS & GS-A's there. We need to make sure he is on board when there is an LBL ride coming together.

T-Killa, what's the status on Turkey Season at LBL??? (that's not a good time to be there)

Some of the roads will be closed during the season. A map will be posted at the check stations showing which roads are open. The season ends on April 29. There are several dirt roads NOT in LBL that are a blast to ride. Treemuncher would be the man to ask on that front.

I tend to hunt my turkeys at Walmart, Sam's Club or Kroger, although I've seen plenty over at LBL. I'm not for sure what the status is on roads over there during hunting season. If there is a number and no "closed" sign, I ride.

I plan to ride Sunday AM if anyone is interested. Street or ADV, won't matter to me.I'll have to be back for the holiday dinner in the mid afternoon.

Moonshine is next week. Anyone else headed up there?

Yes, but what about the roads that aren't in LBL? We rode several last year between Big Sandy and Dover.

Those never close! Lots of good roads back in there.

Got a call from Bobby this afternoon. Sunday morning street ride - meet at Dodd's Country Store (about 1 mile south on 79 from Paris Landing bridge, 2nd store on left) at 8:30 AM for breakfast. Ride after eating. If Dodd's is closed, we will meet at Paris Landing State Park Inn for breakfast.

My ST has been neglected this year....not too many miles. I will ride that on Sunday. Who else is in?

Hope you all got out and had a good run today. Troy and I got out for several hours today, had a good clean, mostly street ride. Was fun.

Here are both of our bikes and Troy

And here is Troy riding out to a peninsula on the Red River and deciding to not go out further and risk getting stuck in the mud. Sure looked solid from by the bank.
