Hey IHF and WP, wish I could have joined you for the ride Saturday. I'm still catching up from being gone for a week.

I am bummed that Tarkington's has closed. Although when I first saw it I could not believe that there were still places like that still open. Guess I'm in the market for a new place to score a fried bologna sammich.

I think you should have thumped your chest and told the drunk pirate that he was a pussy if he couldn't hang with you on your ride. You could have made some bucks on the next Jackass movie with your video.

I sure hope Hickman County stays broke and never fixes all those old roads!

Looks like a company car. You just need to get that brush guard back over the grill and the gps locked on to all the Krispy Kremes.

Helping cdq3 put together the best suited cage for his riding style.

Brush Guard.
Run Flat Wheel Inserts.
Electric Winch.
Skid Plates.

Mickey Thompson Radials.
Back Up Helmet-Cam on the Roof.
Rear Bumper Back-Up Winch (For when he goes places he should not)

info

incase anyone wants to know, the Pirelli Scorpion is a damn good DS tire so far. yes i got that fat ass 140 stuffed under my drz, it did fit. I see why the drz makes a good Super Motard now. on a curvy road i thank its more fun than my gsxr was. keep in mind i have a 36 tooth rear sproket on it, along with the 140/80 tire and the outher mods... just starts to run good at 70mph.(no shit) more running in 4th gear around 45mph. low end sucks !!! .. but its fun as hell in the twisteesssssss! the new tire has 12/32nd's tread depth in the center so it should last a wile (i hope)..has verry deep wide spaced tread in places for off road.

not suer i like the high gear it gave me, cant reach the ground with my short ass legs, kick stand is now too short..but still testing it. OH does great on wet roads, and does really good on dirt roads (for a NON knobbie)

will try mud this weekend...i bet ya it will suck at that.

here lately i have been doing more highway than dirt, thats not like me but gota rool with the flow i guess and this has been the best all around tire i have tested in a wile. its THICK stanley if your looking....

just findings..wanted to shair it wiff ya guys incase anyone is looking for a like tire.

Thanks for the info, been running a Shinko R009, seems to be holding up to the mileage well, got about 4k on it so far and the center is still looking good. Cody tried to help me wear some of it off last weekend, but it made it with no problems! Yes, I actually rode with Cody WITHOUT a flat!! But trust me, I am seriously ATGATT for flats now! 2 types of plugs and the compressor on board at all times.

New TOY!
I have always thought it would be kind cool to have a cruiser. Beefy brakes, cooling, tranny and suspension.

NO, I don't mean THIS one.

I meant the pursuit.

Got some good riding in in the mountains of NC this past week. There are miles and miles of dirt and gravel roads in Pisgah National Forest that are killer. Can't wait for it to cool down here a little and get back out to hickman co. and hopefully meet some more of you guys.
