HA - it wasn't bought with the help of the market I can sho tell you that.

It helped a lot that the guy selling it didn't really know the value of what he was selling.

It was one of those "HOLY COW - call the guy NOW - jump in truck - haul @$$ to his house before the other vultures land"..... It was funny cause he said his phone was ringing of the hook as soon as he posted it..... I believe him. Other potential buyers were saying "don't wait on that guy, I can be at your house in 15 minutes with the money."

would help. Need a zoning variance to add on to the front of the house....even if it's just 500 sq/ft to the porch.

I've got some of those too...you like long guns or pistola? Yep, there's this silly little document called a Zoning Ordinance that tends to get in the way of people expanding porches on the front of their house or raising farm animals in their garage

I kindof thought I would pull it out and sell it to get some of my $$ back. I don't mind usuing the clutch lever.
But if it turns out to be a pain in the rear I might just leave it in there. Probably won't really ride the bike for another month or more.

I think you will like it based on the Kenda Knockout last year. ( that is coming up labor day weekend) You could sure tell who had one and who didn't on the hill climbs and boulders in the creeks.

Prob won't plate this one. Most of where I will ride it will only have 1-2 mile road sections out to lunch. Not worth the trouble. Might add a light kit tho...
