I don't see the women. Where did you hide them? I see IHF took his needle point.

But the day wasn't without difficulty. Since there were so few riders and Mike had his camera, we thought it'd be cool to do stupid shit and get it on film. Mike started the show with a near perfect donkey kick type landing, while ol' Pappy (don't ask) stole the show with an epic jump and an even more epic pinch flat upon reentry. Unfortunately, the video cut off on my takeoff, but the still shot is more than adequate.

So we had to load our shit up and find a dealer in Murray to buy a tube. Got the tube on and couldn't find one of the axle spacers. So we looked like fucking idiots for half an hour while we combed the grass. Mike finally found it and we commenced to riding our asses off and generally going feral. He finally got the nerve to ride some of the blue trails and sho' nuff kicked ass on a couple. I think he may be hooked... Stay tuned.
Here's the last shot I got of Pappy's front tire before it imploded on him from too much awesomeness (I think he hit that bump in 4th gear WOT). He actually went further but my dumbass hit the button on my camera again and stopped feed. I'll post up videos after today!

Vid clips from the last 2 days. We should have taken more but we just kept riding and didn't want to stop......I am really interested to see Wallachian's GoPro footage sometime. Speaking of which I have the Loretta Lynn footage but I am going to wait until I am home to use my desktop editing software to edit it (will look better).

Cool video. I thought I saw Sasquatch go by on a black KLX 450 Monster edition, right at the end.

You are becoming the master of your machine. It's no big deal if you flop on your a$$ once in a while. Hell, I've been known to do it once or twice a year.

I can give you a copy of my video (which was awesome IMO) once you get that chip back to me. Make sure Matt gets a copy first though. I'm going back Tomorrow with my daughter but, well be staying on the main trail & riding casual.

Do work son!

I rode the bike Friday/Saturday, boat Saturday/Sunday, then maintenance time on the bike Monday.

Gone this weekend then back to rebuild forks (fork seals leaking and install seal savers) next week and new sprocket (new gearing, going from 14:49 to 14:52 or 3.7 to 4.0 final drive ratio) and general maintenance to get her all ready for the MTDR Hanging Limb ride. This weekend will be my fourth weekend this year I will not be riding. Otherwise I'm riding at least once a weekend.

Wild Flower

They have changed the MX track at Wild Flower. A lot more woods bike friendly, but there are still some jumps with flat landings that will crush a soft suspension. Overall quite a bit safer than that mess they had before, and actually fun to dink around on. Please excuse the 40+ y.o. flounder in the video.

I'm not sure but I've heard you have to rebuild it after every two loaves of bread.
