I like this a whole lot better compared to what I've seen "other" folks do after my rides

I hope to ride the Dirt Devil pretty soon and generally get to know this kind of riding better. I've been riding regularly only since last November.

That said, I was at Country Boy in Lieper's Fork (in my car, alas) around 7:30 this morning and saw a procession of adv & dual sport bikes pulled up in front of Puckett's. I was too shy to just come over and say hi. Were some of you there?
Welcome!

I understand your reluctance to approach the DS and ADV riders in this area. We is an ugly bunch. Just know that once you meet everyone, you get past the boils and weeping sores, and find out we ain't too bad to hang around with.

W. Spikes is on the money about LBL. Some of the less hardcore riders try to get there as a group a few times each year, you are more than welcome to ride along.

On the off chance that any of you guys on here are among the kind gents who helped me get my red BMW started this morning at Puckett's, THANK YOU. Got to Lieper's Fork and my battery died. It had seemed a little weak, but I didn't know it was THAT dead. I made it back to Madison in one piece.

Y'all are what riding is all about. Thanks again. :)

I have a spot for Saturday amateur racing. But, family situation may prevent me from riding...so, if anyone is really wanting to ride, shoot me a PM.

Back from Fla. -- had to get a quick fix yesterday. John met me at Puckett's and I talked him in to riding further than he was prepared

That creep looked a bit too deep on the other side...

Must have just missed you. I was there at 8am and back again just after 11. Was a short ride day for me but I'll keep an eye out for you next time.
