KY Photo Tag? - Page 4

There are always a dozen deer or so at the FCDC (State Prison) parking lot off Coffee Tree Road at dusk, about 200 yards from the Memorial. I was just inside Franklin County today myself. This was my first cold weather ride, and I discovered my leather gloves are perferated. Got to get some warmer gloves.

Thought the same thing coming into Frankfort from the west on 1570. Nice twisty back road, but lined with houses. Think the cold weather kept the kids and dogs inside.

been checking into advrider off and on for a few months now. after seeing this thread, I decided I might as well join in. Been to most of the places pictured in this thread. After I get some pics downloaded I'll be joining in. Unfortunally, weather isn't looking real good right now so don't know when I'll be able to get out and get some more. Hope it will warm up again for at least a few days sometime soon.

Jerry and I had a great ride. Even got to take the Makers Mark tour. Bourbon tasting too!

Laid out a route in Map Source and the Gazetteer and some roads I thought were paved were in fact dirt, gravel, jeep 2 track. Only thing missing was a water crossing. VERY windy in the afternoon, but warm.

Rode to Perryville today. Found the monument. As I got set up for the shot I noticed the battery in my camera was dead. Grrrr. I think I'll go to the next one.
