Would love to hear how you feel about the flex bar and if it's worth the $. Is the Enduro 12deg pretty much the same bend, etc as the stock fat bar?
Thanks EDIT EDIT>>> Found the other thread w/specifics on install and set up. Any on the/off the road testing yet?

That is awesome!
And per ca, the price ain't so bad. I just paid 3.699/gal for 91 octane in Turlock today, though I could only manage about 5 gallons. FtheRedSticker screwed with this post 01-22-2013 at 08:13 PM |

990 Improvements:
For cold weather, wrapped my clutch lever with shrink wrap: ![]() When I installed the throttle lock, my cut down brake lever was moved too far over. It was a 1 1/2 finger position. I banged some 1/2" aluminum tube into an oval, did a little grinding on the lever, and banged the extension in place with copious amounts of JB weld. The works were then shrink wrapped. I now have an extra long lever that can be used with 2-4 fingers. It should dramatically improve my braking power. ![]() Only remaining work: Foot peg extensions and Oberon clutch slave cylinder.

Yeah, I did my valves and a fluids change too....okay well that took more like another day.
Peanuts, I didn't change that - this is actually the first I've heard of it, and I've gone through the HOW in great depth. My bike's an 04 950 Adv - is it something I should be worried about? |

remote mode switch
Hi after installing HID lights my pass switch seamed useless as HID high beam take a bit to warm up so i ran two wires from the trip master plug behind the head light ( found colour code for the wires on this site after a search) and soldered them into the pass switch. i can now scroll through the modes hands never leaving the bars.

Please elaborate.
BTW, the longer front brake lever has make a huge difference on my 990. I found the front brakes somewhat marginal. Better pads would probably help. I should give the rotors a quick sanding as well.
