Mounted the Seahorse SE-540 last night.

Just the right size for my rain gear and some additional emergency stuff I always carry with me. It looks sturdy and well made and for a lot less than a Pelican case. I am happy with it.

$55 w/SS locks - Wow, that's a remarkable price. You say it's sturdy enough? At that price it's worth getting just to try it out.

Thanks for the report

Auch and shipping to Sweden would add another $350 to the price so not an option.

Have a cheapo style but dont like that its hinged in the middle so top and bottom are the same size, its not a high as that one.

Working on cutting some foam for it to protect the electronics when it gets rough.

They do work great, until they die. I've had 3 pairs all die on me
Think its the controller. When all 4 lights start flashing, you know she's gone.

The antennae is on the GPS, I don't have a separate mount for it. It's just folded down.

It's very well made. I don't have a similar sized Pelican to compare it to, but I'm more than happy with the quality. It's built like a tank. I also like the cube shape. The Pelican 1450 is too flat for what I wanted. This is perfect.

I gave her a 30k service, add second fan (ktm exc), and some more orange love (crash bars, LC8, rear handle bar).

Laugh

Took a break from other projects to change the oil and a few basic maintenance items on the KTM

Suspension stiffening

Took the suspension off for an upgrade, dont like the bottoming out! She's parked on her knees for a week until parts are back :-)
Note the fancy top fairing made by member Rade! Really good handywork, I hope it will help the wind better than the stock one

I fitted this.

Same type of quick release as fitted to the line after the fuel pump.
No more fiddling about trying to get the hose off the tank taps :)
No need to turn the taps off..... or remembering to turn them back on again ;)
