That's the same paint I used on mine. It stands up to abuse VERY well. Including rubbing against the outside tire of a set of Duals on a Cement truck at about 40MPH.

Great, thanks for showing me the stickers. Now I have to go online and find them for myself.

Installed a left side Remus I got from DeapSea . No jetting changes and runs really well. Pulls strong all the way through. Still popping on closed throttle so the air screws will get turned out. Sounds better than the 2 -> 1 also. Much deeper and more even.,I like it.

Black Dog 2 -> 1 FS.

Thanks DeepSea, It was good meeting you. See on a ride sometime.

High fender mod ... done

People have made brackets for the fork guards to mount them but all I needed to do was use a heat gun and bend the plastic around a bit to get the outer two bolts to line up then drill a hole to bolt in the center bolt

Here's a part list from ktm-parts.com
60013025100 brake hose guide x2
60013025050 rubber for guide x2
54808020000 spacer bushing x4
4700109400030 Fork protector set 85sx
That was about $40 and the fender was another $40 and its from a 690 enduro R smc

Did the "Big washer" on the kickstand trick. Weld on the bottom for a super clean look.

Made a bracket to hold my Spot Tracker. ...

I'm running a Dunlop 606 front right now but they can get a little sketchy at high speeds on the road. It really depends what type of riding your gonna be doing. I like the tkc80 front for commuting and medium duty dual sport use. Just keep the pressure up if offroad. The Dunlop 606 is far better offroad in my opinion. I wish they made a rear for our bikes.
