The SE had about three weeks of Hill Country dust on it. In fact, the wheels didn't even look black, anymore. They had a kinda' greyish color to them (I know you, of all people, would've liked that. )

So, I gave it a good cleaning, before installing the sidestand mount. I just can't motivate myself to work on a filthy bike...

My ADVtank 2-1 pipe arrived today, which should mean I'm fitting it over the weekend. However, I have to pass a roadworthy test before I re-register my bike next week, so the stock cans will have to stay on until next weekend. Then it's goodbye to the OEM scorching anchor and hello 2-1 titanium/carbon fibre awesomeness.

Today was a great mail day since I also got my Ralle Moto steering damper (as shown off here: http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=612422)

Plus I have to fit Pivot pegs and a Magura SX bar to the ADV, 40T sprocket and progressive throttle to the RC8, and finally a braided front brake line to the DR650 (my KTMs can't get all the love)

This weekend sure is going to be a busy one.

Nice choice of bars [i hate the swept back stock ADV / SM bars]

The WIDER more STRAIT [less sweep] SX, EXC & SE Bars are so much better & more Comfortable

What countershaft sprocket are you running ??

My 17/45 stock 950 SE gearing works fantastic for True 50/50 Dual Sporting

As an update to this post, I came home late through the Adirondacks last night, rode in and out of three different rainstorms (nice...just enough to wash off the bugs)...the lights work very well. They are dazzeling to oncoming drivers, so I need to relocate my on/off switch to where I can get at it more easily. When I turn these things off, it's takes a second or two to adjust to the yellow, faint candle brightness of the stock headlight.

These lights are cool...now I need to fix the rest of the system.

Chuck.

Did you try switching them on/off/on quickly to see if they have the built in fuctions, ie hi/low, strobe...etc.

Just a little. I didn't get much riding in yesterday, had to work. Sunday they'll get some miles.

I installed these last night.

PABiker Side stand relocation kit and ZipTy Racing footpeg extensions.

In my "official" parking space.

What did I do to my KTM?

I had to pull the stickers off the fuel tank. They were peeling.
Someone said I can get custom stickers that fit that shape.. ??

Sidestand "foot"...

Questor,

Should you happen to see this post, I wanted to ask...

How do you like that Touratech "foot" on your sidestand?
Is it large enough to make a difference?
Where did you get it?...I thought I saw them on KTMTwins.

I have been trying to correspond with that guy, in "Vendors", who makes the "Cameltoe" (in regard to the fit for the SE). But...Judas Priest!...I think that he checks his thread, and site e-mails, about once every three months. That makes me a little apprehensive about ordering...

I have them wired to the high beam circuit so I can flash them with the flash switch. No, there are no other "modes".
