New tag. Rudy is still in play. He went under ground so to speak. Rather than on a road, he is under one. Actually a highway. Once u find this location find the pillar closest to our bikes. Rudy is under a rock. I tagged this same highway not long ago in another tag game that uses no mascot.

A little closer view.

Near the end of the pillar is a growth of weeds. Rudy is just outside of them.

Huge clue!!!!

Grab. US 50 at Shenandoah River.

Lebanon, MO and Mexico, MO are both cities that have the same name as a country. Go to such a city inside the tag boundary and ride west. After riding a while you will come to a fork in the road. The left fork crosses a bridge and a sign indicates that road ends in less than 2 miles. Take the left fork, cross the bridge and ride up the mountain. Pavement ends about halfway up the mountain. At the cul-de-sac at the end of the road is an "End State Maintenance" sign. Behind the sign is a stump. Rudy waits for you in the hollow stump.

My phone died before I got to the tag site, so when I get the pictures in email, I'll insert them.
