It was fun..I left a little early and the temps hadn't gotten up there yet. I probably should have waited a little longer since I have no heated gear whatsoever. I did stop at the Baker Store for a warm sandwich and some borrowed heat along the way. It wasnt too bad though, I have ridden in worse. I had to break out some skills I havent used since my childhood in upstate ny to get past where bob had been.......but most of the road was just a sloppy muddy mess. The Avon's didnt do too bad considering the terrain.

The movie is a little long 12 minutes. I started the camera at wolf gap rd assuming I was closer than I actually was. I previewed it already, its worth watching but not going to win any awards.

I am new at the go-pro stuff. if anyone has any tips I am

Here is the new tag. It seems as if the pic file may be corrupted but im gonna try to post em anyway

The road this tag is on contains the number 7 (seven) in more ways than one.

Under one of the four bridge corners you will find rudy in a bag with a fountain of light.

Video takes for EVER to upload. I've uploaded short, under ten minute videos, and I believe it took close to an hour. I was shocked at how long it takes.
Anything you do to reduce upload time will degrade the video sharpness.

did I duplicate AGAIN without knowing??? I should get 40 lashes with a throttle cable and be forced to study the tag map!

You don't happen to know when they close the gates do you? after the Walkers Cash Store RTE I led the group up there and right up to a closed gate!

I thought the road back over to Wolf Gap road stayed open year round. We never even made it to the intersection.

it may not close until after spring gobbler season but I am not sure.

thanks guys......the videos are fun, but I am frustrated it takes longer to upload them than the total day of riding!!!

and yes twohawks......excellent (meaning terrible) road. Great tag location. looking forward to some good riding the next few days.

I didn't see any bridges that looked like the tag site or any "7" heavy roads when I was up there this am. Came through Moreland Gap, over the covered bridge, stayed on Wissler to 263. Jogged across 263 on Crooked Run, Deerhead (icy), Pepper to Supinlick, up to Jerome (cool old school building up from the church), looped back to 263, 620, 211 to 340. Road Cub Run (FR65) through the ice and mud then back through Elkton. Had to come by the house and hose me and the bike off before I could take the bike up the hill to get it inspected. Couldn't see the lights or brake pads the way it was.
Nice being able to ride 6 hours in January.

moreland gap to the end then go left (north) on that road til the seven road becomes apparent. It will be on your right. does that help?

Im with 2 hawks, wish I had been with ya. I wanted to ride today and couldnt find an excuse.
