Here is a little video I shot last year of the F800GS on a track day, Heidenau tires, dicing it up with a CBR 600. I was down on HP and with the wrong rubber (and bike for that matter), but better on the brakes. Hope you enjoy...

Yellow GS with an MOD rear rack on a track. That could be me except you are actually going fast....

Be great if you were running TKCs! This is awesome though, and some people say the K60 doesn't have a lot of grip...?

Here's a video I did last week. Kate rides a Honda CG125. It was fun keeping her pace instead of my usual one. Enjoy!

K60

My cousin did a track day on brand new K60s. He managed to repeatedly grind his boots and foot pegs with no slipping. On dirt however I find the K60s pretty mediocre.

Quick clip from last weekend. I was complaining about the jolt I just took that hurt my old Army back injury. About 5km of track like this and things got worse further in.

I'm trying to keep video quality so I have to keep them short.

I have my wife on the back, I'm not really talking to myself...although I do talk to myself at times...

Exploring Rubicon Road

A friend and I checked out Rubicon Road northeast of Gorgetown CA. It was raining but we still had a damn good time. His GS had worn road tires which proved challenging. My TKCs did the trick on my first proper off-road ride.

From my recent adventure trip with Rawhyde Adventures. We rode up Goler wash in the Mojave desert crossing over Mengel Pass into Death valley. This was my Waterloo on the trip; the more I attempted this section the worse it got. The road was deep loose gravel and then it got really steep with a rocky section at the top. Finally had to resort to pushing the bike up this steep rock pitch.

Cool Cathulu, MOD parts on the race track catchin' sport bikes! I would've designed them differently for that!

Good eye Motoriley! I vote for Mitas E-07s for the track

Hey MCMXCIVRS that video definitely a case of ISTIL (It's Steeper Than It Looks) as you can tell when the one guy walking starts sliding down the hill towards you!
Hope the trip was good!

Yep, the video does not do justice to the grade of that hill. The trip was great fun.
