The Ole' XR will be gone by the end of the month

Sealed the deal this morning for the XR with a GREAT guy from Indian Valley/Rainbow Valley. He IS a bike guy that not only knows the history and lineage of the XR600 but I am confident he will take care of her properly as well.
He is VERY EXCITED to own the bike and quite possibly be lurking around here for information and such. I'm sad to see it go as it was a labor of love building it over the past few years but I KNOW it's going to a good home.
As it looked when I got it back in 2011

The way it looks now:

Hey- I grew up in Rainbow valley- and was one of the rotten kids who rode dirt bikes and annoyed the neighbors. Who'd you sell it to?

I don't know him, but I'm very pleased someone will be continuing the tradition of roosting up the road. Let him know he can duck under the upper gate if it's closed but to remember his helmet adds a little to the height of his head!
