Where do you have your Garmin GXM 30 mounted

I just got my Garmin GXM30 for the 478.

Where do you have yours mounted? I have a BMW 800GS but any ideas would be helpful.

CycleGadgets sell's this nice metal bracket (RAM-XM30BRK for $5.50) that allows you to mount it right behind the GPS - http://www.cyclegadgets.com/Products...YWORD=gxm%2030

You can see it right behind my 478

I use the same GXM30 mount for my Zumo 550, and it works great.

CycleGadgets closed! Where to get bracket for GXM 30 these days?

Well, the title/subject field says it all.

CycleGadgets closed in Jan of this year (2011) and I really want one of their brackets to mount the GXM antenna on my Zumo 550 handlebar mount.

Any suggestions? For example, on who might have old/new stock of this bracket or who is making the bracket again, or might be persuaded to? Looks pretty simple if you have sheet-metal experience (I do, but it was in '68) and a sheet metal shop (I haven't, also since '68).

R.I.P CycleGadgets. I hardly knew ye. Left the business world before I knew I needed one of your products is more like it.

Any suggestions appreciated.
