No the only thing I remember that comes close is one rider who posted a picture of a yellow F800 with a lot of duffle bags strapped to it & they said that was their set up on a trip to Baja. I think it might have been in one of the pannier threads, don't know if they aslo did a ride report though...

I'm going to sticky this thread. Busted bearings and recall notices only tell part of the story on these (or any) bikes.
