Your ADV discount applies on the SPH10. PM us for details. No duals - only single kits, at this time.

Nothing I've heard of on the dual stream - aside from the SM10 dual stream BT adapter. We're supposed to receive in a big order of these tomorrow.

The details of what the changes are don't seem all that well defined. If your 4.0 unit ain't broke, I'd wait for a version that has some more significant changes before updating.

So after about 1.5 years of mostly good results, my girlfriend's headset has stopped talking to mine. She can hear me; I can't hear her, although I can hear the beeps produced by my unit as well as the "open channel" static when we activate the intercom. I am using the earbud clamp; she is using the normal boom mike clamp.

We've tried a factory reset and full charge, to no avail. We've also tried switching which unit is on which clamp with no changes in symptoms.

Any ideas?

After exchanging a few PM's with Adam and then a pleasant phone conversation with his wife (cannot remember her name) I ordered a dual pack of the SMH10. It was shipped quickly and arrived on my doorstep a few days later. I was gone on vacation at the time, but as soon as I got home I opened the box and read the instruction manual. The next day I installed the unit on my helmet (Scorpion EXO900) which was super easy. The main reason I bought the SMH10 is so I could hear direction from my Garmin 660, and to chat with my wife when she gets to ride with me. I got it paired right up with the Zumo without any issue and finally got to give it a try today. Even over the rumblings of my Harley Road King going down the Highway I was able to hear the GPS voice with no problem and make a phone call to my wife to try it. She said that when I was rolling down the Hwy it sounded a little muffled but not bad at all. I could hear her perfectly fine.

I am completely happy with my purchase from Rocket Moto and with the quality and function of my new Sena SMH10.

Check to be sure that one of the spring loaded pins on the back of the main unit isn't bent, loose or missing. Regardless, you're covered under the Sena two-year warranty.

I just emailed you Sena's contact info and a copy of your original invoice, which you'll need for the warranty exchange.

Let us know if they don't sort it out for you.

AFAIK It's still going ... sometimes the boys get a wee bit behind in their e-mail, or something else goes sideways ...
but they are great to work with...

I too would guess that it is going on. If you do not get a response today I would try calling. They are a small family run shop, so maybe something came up.

Yup...they seem to offer great prices everyday on Sena equipment to Adventure Rider members. But honestly, Adam and his people provide such great customer service...I would buy my stuff from them even if it wasn't the best price!

I purchased the new SM10 last week...and it is awesome! Now me and my passenger can both listen to the same music off my iPhone (or Zumo) with no issues at all. In fact, with the new SMH10 flash (1.4.1) I still have total voice and jog dial control of my iPhone even when connecting through the SM10.

It's been wicked crazy here. Behind on email is an understatement. Now, if I could only figure out how to make a 50 hour day, we'd be in good shape.
