My phone is an iphone 4s and my gps is Garmin Montana 650t in case that is important.

Any additional info on this subject would be great.

Thanks in advance.
No problem in the XD4. The SMH10-11 with the boom mic is best. The wired chinbar mic is OK, but is subject to more wind noise than the boom. You definitely need to use the included adhesive mounting plate on that helmet. The SMH10R, low profile version is also a good setup on the XD4.

The RF1100 is OK, as well. Earpockets are pretty shallow. So, depending on how the helmet fits, you may need to do some slight 'surgery' of the 'lattice work' on back of the cheekpad to remove a corner of the soft foam to make room for the speakers. We can talk you thru it. The earpockets are not likely to allow the speakers to align with your ear canals. Adhesive mount is better, but the clamp on mount is OK on this helmet.

You can get an extra clamp unit - that part that attaches to the helmet. Then move the Bluetooth module from helmet to helmet - easy.

Pretty sure the Montana and your phone should work OK to the Sena headset. I can borrow a Montana to be positive, if you want. iPhone, is no problem.

Four posts back from RocketMoto:

"Last we heard is late April, early May. So by the time products filters from Sena, to distributors, and then dealers, I have my fingers crossed for mid-May. But, until the boxes show up at our door, it's all speculation."

The Montana does not have Bluetooth hardware, so a dongle of some sort would be necessary.

Here are details that we that we received from Sena yesterday, 10-April-2014...

The Sena 20S Headset timing is now end of May, early June. Their engineering team is working feverishly to deliver an exceptional offering. Their full attention is on this product.

They'll monitor the project closely and we can expect an update at the end of April if anything changes.

At Rocket Moto, we understand this is a bit disappointing, although not unexpected from our side. New, complex products often take much longer than originally anticipated to design, test and manufacture. It's better to wait and have something really great, rather than to ship a product that is hampered by a myraid of issues, and frustrated customers. We're not talking Microsoft, here.

Oh boy, that's too long! Guess it completely depends on price if I spring for the 10 or the 20. Any estimate when we get the price?

If this is still alive, I am in!
We are basically looking at the SMH10 mainly because we need a 4 way conferencing capability for our future tours- 2 riders, 2 passengers. Is there any other headset that you would recommend for that purpose? And the special price- do we get the price over the phone only? It says $284.25 on the site.

Another satisfied customer (for the second time!)! I have the original dual-pack and one finally died so, I bought a brand new dual-pack of the SMH10B's and some accessories. Great service, fast shipping and fantastic prices! To the above poster, send Adam a PM and he'll give you the details on pricing!

Just got the SMH10-R Dual Pack

Ordred Monday noon and it was delivered this morning, Wednesday... need I say more! Can't wait to go home and start setting them up tonight, thanks for the fast service. Just a note, Jeanette, who I talked with on the phone, was great and helped me decide which unit to buy.
